Over 100
residents and guests had a delicious meal and wonderful social time at the
Brunch with the Bridge. This review reflects the opinions of the many
people who were kind enough to provide me with this information. Aside from
the vanishing orange juice and one server who set her hair on fire from a
candle, the day was pretty uneventful. We need to thank Dorothy Hoban,
Laura Toth, Ginny Waite, Sarah Chamberlain, Peg Gerritsen, Mary Laptewicz,
Betty Zawitosky, John and Sarah Ramsey and various spouses (you know who you
are). These people gave generously of their time and talents. Their
willingness to work and great personalities kept fun in the process. I left
one name for last. Jamey Ross, as usual took the lead on this project and
came up with the delicious quiche. She did a great job in getting
everything organized and I don’t know what we would do without her.
